[Resolved]  PNB ATM Card — LOSS OF ATM CARD

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Lenin Joseph Valiyamattam retired from Indian Navy on 31 Jul 2006. I have an SB account (A/C # [protected]) in PNB, BARC, Cheetah Camp, Mankhurd (Extension counter: CABS). I have lost my ATM card about a couple of months ago. I did not try to block it because it was already de-activated when I was trying to withdraw money from ATM counter (MG Road, Eranakulam, 24 May 2008) using wrong password (Forgot).

Kindly send me a new ATM card to my home address available in bank database or please advice how do I get a new one.

sir my ac no is [protected].my full address is h/no-863 kanjhawala delhi-81.my atm card was lost before 2 hours. so i requested you to close my atm card.

I lost my ATM card of saving A/C No. [protected] during journey from Chandigardh to Bilaspur. Kindly block the operation of my ATM card.
