[Resolved] PNB — AMOUNT DEBITED/ CASH NOT RECEIVED | |
SIR, MY MOTHER AND I WENT TO TAKE CASH FROM PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK ATM, ON 28 OCT,2009. THE MACHINE STARTED TRANSACTION NORMALLY AND I ENTERED THE AMOUNT TO BE DEPOSITED. THE TRANSACTION WAS UNDER PROCESSING AND THEN THE SYSTEM WENT FOR A HALT, AND AFTER 30 SEC OF WAIT, IT SHOWED YOUR TRANSACTION FAILED WITHOUT GIVING OUT ANY MONEY. WHEN I GOT THE DETAILS OF TRANSACTION, IT SHOWS MY ACCOUNT TO BE DEBITED OF SAME AMOUNT AT THE SAME TIME.THE ATM WAS OF STATE BANK OF INDIA AND MY ACCOUNT IS IN PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AS IN TO WHOM TO BLAIM AND HOW TO ACT IN THIS SITUATUION.
