PNB — poor services
hellow, sirmy name is ashish nautiyal .
i have a account at ur srinagar garhwal branch, uttarakhand.
my account no. is [protected].and customer id is BGV003677.
last so many days whenever i go to pnb srinagar, no one to entertain me . i just want to latest entry on my passbook, no one do this simple job. they are giving the server , electricity and busy causes.
now i want to close my account from pnb.
but you take serious action against those staff, because they are sitting there for us.

Respected Mam,
I, Ashish saini account holder in your bank, branch of Tri nagar (Delhi).
Due to unavoidable reason and personal behaviour of your branch staff, I have planned to discontinue my CC, SA & RD account services from your prestigious bank only because of your staff behaviour of mentioned branch as they all are selfish and wants to be at their home before 5 pm anyhow, whether customer have to roam here and there for cash deposit at 3.55 pm or any new customer wants to attach with your bank they directly deny for accepting form and cash as well, even their cheif/ manager have much interest in gossips or hello/ hi with the other peoples or staff members rather to solve customer’s problem or inconvenience.
Today February 23rd 2011, i went their with my aged mother for her new account and FD purposes but your brach staff directly deny for providing service with a unprofessional statement that “bhai sahib aab hum 4 bhej tk account hi thona kholte rhenge, hume b ghr jana h humne cash tally kr liya h, agar services s satisfied nhi ho to manager pa jao ya kisi or bank ma” and they all are playing with me by guiding me another counters, that go to Mr. Jain he’ll guide you or go to Mrs. XYZ she’ll deposit your cash and so on so i torn my form their and decide to discontinue with PNB and will opt for Standard chartered bank or ICICI any private bank who know how to behave with their customer and care take them.
I’ll not disclose any individual’s name as it does not suit to fetch bread and butter from other’s mouh and hope you’ll take any stern action for the same and will handling this problem professionally not as they do.

Punjab National Bank is the worst bank as far as customer service is concerned. My complaint is regarding treatment of customers if you are transacting at a branch other than your native branch. Each branch has different procedure for accepting cash deposit from customer belonging to other branch. For example, Branch at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi accepts cash for other branch customer from 3-4pm. The branch at Sector-1 Noida issues token (10 customer in one sequence) and lets the customer stand outside branch entry door (imagine the heat in May/June). The Sector 18, Noida branch is one step ahead. They let you stand in scorching sun outside the branch where they have a dingy window to accept cash from other branch customer. I urge the all the harassed customers of PNB to close their accounts and let the scoundrels (bank staff of PNB) know that their salaries come from the business that we give to bank. I urge citizens of my country not to tolerate the injustice. Be LIONS. Speak up and claims your rights.
