My PNB savings account no. is [protected].The ATM with the PNB branch Shastrinagar, Jaipur (Raj) has been malfunctioning for the past few weeks. It does not recognise / honour the debit cards of the bonafide card holders with adequate bank balance in the account.. The card is invariably declared invalid. Perforce, one is forced to utilise the ATms of other banks in the vicinity. The irony is that the transaction is completed smoothly in these ATMs without a hitch.No effort has been made to rectify the malady despite repeated complaints to the officials of the concerned branch.
With a limit now being imposed on the number of free transactions per month from ATMs of banks other than the parent bank, it would be wrong to levy any charges for such transactions on the customer, when there is a gross deficiency in service. Please advise. Was this information helpful? |
