With reference to above mention subject i am maintaining a saving bank a/c in PNB a/c no.-[protected] dt. 13.09.2011 at your Loni Branch-201102. We did not received cheque book from branch and we have written application on dated 19.09.2011 and 03.10.2011.

So you are requested to issue the cheque book as soon as possible.
