PNB — Payment not confirmed | |||
I have paid my electricity bill online using my debit card on 5th March 2011. My bank account shows it has been deducted from my account but till today (12 March 2011) it is still shows unpaid and now I have to pay it with late fee fine. I have confirmed with Electricity Department, they said no payment is received against my bill. I have sent so many mails to billdesk and electricity board but there is no solution.
