[Resolved]  PNB — successful withdrawal from atm

i have my account in union bank of india (gezing branch, sikkim, a/c no. [protected]) on 3 oct 2010 i withdrew Rs 10000 from a pnb atm ( gangtok branch, sikkim) but the amount dint come out....but in return Rs 10, 000 was debited from my account...i contacted sbi branch manager...but got no response in this regard...e1 registerd complaint with union bank at gezing branch, sikkim twice..but till now my money hasnt been credited in my account
kindly help me to retrive my money
