[Resolved]  PNG CONNECTION — NO CONNECTION TILL DATE

I HAD BOOKED FOR A PIPEGAS CONNECTION IN THE NAME OF MRS. CHANDER MOHINI KHURANA RES. A-63 POCKET -8 KALKAJI EXTN. NEW DELHI-110019 UNDER BP NO.[protected]. THE PAYMENT WAS MADE VI DE CHEQUE NO.306689 WHICH CLEARED ON 9TH.FEB.2009 . YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY RETURN THE AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY INCLUDING INTEREST THERE UPON , SINCE NO PIPE LINE HAS SO FAR BEEN PUT IN TO THE AREA .IT SEEMS MCD HAS NOT ALLOWED FOR DIGGING ANY OF THE AREA IN DELHI , TILL THE CO MANWEALTH GAMES ARE OVER.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY ADVISE THE STATUS AT THE EARLIEST.

First of all this is not a complaint. Since I have shifted from Mayur Vihar Phase-III on December 15, 2009 to Indrapuram, I had no choice but to get disconnected the Services provided by IGL. Therefore it was disconnected on 13th December and the meter was taken by IGL. The Security amount paid at the time of registration in 2008 was not reimburshed yet. This letter was made and sent by post seeking reimbursement of Rs.5, 000/-. Kindly do the needful. Please also inform, two whom I have to contact or get me the e-mail ID, whereabout of the officer two whom I can conact personally

This is to inform you that I was a resident of 136-C, Pocket A-2, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Delhi-110 096 and was enjoying your supply of PNG to domestic consumers.

Unfortunately we were to shift from the above address on 13th December, 2009. This was informed to you and accordingly the meter was disconnected and collected by your Mr. Deepak Botham on 13th December 2009 as per the copy of receipt enclosed. So far we have not received / collected the Refundable Security amount of Rs.5, 000/- as per the customers’ right, which was paid at the time of Registration on[protected].

Kindly refund the Security amount at the earliest by way of cheque / draft to the address given below :
