PNG CONNECTION Complaints & Reviews

Dear, sir

I sanjeev kumar (B.P NO. [protected]) is suffering due to unnecessary delay in my new PNG connection.

As i was told earlier (telephonically by IGL helpline dealing staff) that withing 90 days (from allotment of business partner number) my connection will start.

But (i) My B.P No. is allotted on date 30.10.2012. (128 days has already passed since allotment of B.P No)

NO CONNECTION TILL DATE
I HAD BOOKED FOR A PIPEGAS CONNECTION ON 16TH October 2012 UNDER BP NO. [protected]. THE PAYMENT WAS MADE VIA CHEQUE WHICH CLEARED ON 21ST October 2012 .
WHEN WE ARE ASKING TO SUPPROT TEAM EVERY THEY ARE GIVING NEW DATES FOR THEIR VISIT AT OUR PLACE FOR INSTALLATION. TILL NOW BELOW MENTIONED DATES GIVEN BY THEM WHICH THEY WERE FAILED TO ATTEND

I have applied on line for the PNG gas connection from IGL approx 3 months back. I was told that the IGL concerned people will contact me and necessary forms will be filled and fee collected.
I have been trying to contact them but have reached no where. Also, no body from IGL has contacted me. I am available @[protected].

Pls resolve the issue and contact me for futher details if any.

I MADE REGISTRATION ON 14.10.2010 FOR NEW CONNECTION FOR SUPPLY OF PNG AND MY REFERENCE NO. IS IP00012651 THAN AFTER I CONTACTED CUSTOEMER CARE OF IGL & GOT RESPONSE THAT IT WILL TAKE 20 DAYS TO PROCESS FURTHER & EXECUTIVE WILL CONTACT YOU & WILL COLLECT DOCUMENTS & CHEQUES. I have already made payment vide check no.194020&194021 dt 10/12/2009 of amount Rs. 5000 EACH( VIDE RECEIPT NO 3337 & 3338 DATED 11/12/2009 which was booked through MASS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (6 BHIKAJI CAMA PLACE) but till date i have no information regarding installation of this connection at my residance which is DU-105, Pitam Pura, Near INCOME TAX COLONY.NEW- DELHI-110034

I HAD APPLIED 2 CONNECTION AT MY RESIDENCE 22, SHAKTI VIHAR, DELHI-34. ONE CONNECTION HAS ALREADY BEEN CONNECTED AT MY 2ND FLOOR PORTION AND NOW I AM INTERESTED TO CONNECT MY LST FLOOR ALSO. DO U KINDLY SEND SOMEONE TO CONNECT THE GAS PIPE LINE AT MY 2ND CONNECTION.
