I GAURAV MANSUKHBHAI TADA have been applied for grant of FRESH PASSPORT vide file nos AHDA02445039 DATED 16.06.2009

I NOT RECEIVED MY POLICE VERIFICATION SO FAR, NOR THE PASSPORT IF IT IS NOT REQUIRED BY THE RPO pl despatch my passport at the earliest.

my pp form for my stay in bengalore were sent by visakhapatnam regional passport ,visakhapatnam in nov.2009 for my period of stay in bengalore from 04/2008 to 05/2009 with ref. no of application A016557 dated 21/10/2009.
my husband with acute asthma is suffering in soudi arabia and needs my assistance immediately.
i request to respond immediately on the humanitarian grounds.

I submitted my passport application form on 21/06/2012 and the file number is TH[protected].The police verification was done on 22/07/2012. but Status is showing below...

Police Verification (PV) has been initiated and a PV request has been sent to SP Office, District Thane Rural. Your passport will be dispatched after Clear Police Verification Report is received at Regional Passport Office. You would receive an email/sms once the passport is dispatched.

Please update my Passport Status...
