[Resolved]  POLO WRIST WATCH — item is not received

Tht's really a shame tht India's biggest banking firm playing such types of cheap games...just to earn some money...i also won the watch but after reading all these...better not to redeem and give my card details to some ivr which no one knows...if it was the banks ivr..it could be safe...and their is no history of the watch also...not on the web or the stores also...d they want us to pay 499/- i guess these are some new ways to earn money during these recession period...

I have placed order just few minutes ago. And if this is fake, shop more from SBI card and donot pay for the Product cost. Make them understand the way they are befooling us.

I am ready to teach them lesson.

Hi, Its really foolishness from SBI card! Dont buy anything from SBI offers. I also got the same scratch guard and it shows as POLO WRIST WATCH. So It really give negative view about SBI Card!

I want to give you a small info i have come across. Credit cards division of SBI is managed by GE. All the offers are fake and you can not go for the offers based on the brand SBI.

It seems fraud as I hv also rec, d the same scratch card showing Polo Wrist watch for 499. SBI should provide the gifts from their outlet so that the offer is genuine

Today, I won the Polo Wrist Watch (Product Code: 7586) through SBI Card.
Can any one tell me the actual price of the aforesaid watch. SBI is claiming that the price of the same watch is Rs. Rs. 3950/-- and demanding Rs.499/- as handling charge.
Kindly let me know about the quality of the said watch and whether it is worth of ordering for this watch at the cost of Rs.499/-
Will it be a good deal?

Everyone is getting the same wrist watch... even I won the wrist watch...
last time I won a bag.. it took more than 2 months to deliver... and it was a crap... these people are fooling us with these prizes... cost of watch on scratch card is mentioned around 4000 I bet it wont be more than 400Rs. & they want 500Rs as handling charges???

I couldn't find the watch mentioned in picture on polo's website...
This one must have been manufactured by some company in china or Taiwan :)...

Compact Internation through the helpline number[protected] and full-fill the all enquiries. I got the SMS on my mobile phone regarding the delivery address on 01.11.2009 from Mobile No. [protected]. I send my address via SMS on the same mobile number and Rs. 499/- had been debited from my SBI Credit Card on same day.

According to the terms & conditions of M/s. Compact International, the gift item will be delievered within 21 days but till date I have not received my Polo Wrist Watch (Product Code 7586). so kindly help me out .

i am also one o[censored], i have taken a step againts of all this cheat,
i am not going to pay debited amount, untill unless sbi did not take any action agints their coordinators.
actually sbi knows very well that, with whom they r coolebrating & wich kind of quality they will sourced to coustomer,
but know sbi has to face the consiquences, the coustomer's power.
according to me if we all refuse to pay the debited amount, then only sbi consider the problem,
after all they r liable for company's coustomer data base,
and all the 1000 people can nt be wrong.

Company like tata who are transfering the call to such company are destroying the customer faith o[censored]sing their credit card with them, this is a very wrong practice followed by the branded company like tata to earn a little money. customers are highly unsatisfied with this transaction

POLO WRIST WATCH — Wrist watch which SBI has promised of worth Rs. 4650/- is not of worth that.

My honest appeal to Consumer Complaint forum to investigate the actual cost of watch offered. As beacuse the watch has been claimed to be of worth Rs. 4650/- by SBI Credit Card devision. But which seem to be not of worth that.
