POOJA — Unauthorised Use -

Hi,
Our neighbourhood workshop/factories use the road side area in the furniture block , Kirti Nagar . When MCD employees ; they know in advance and vacate thier premises . The road is a complete mess because of this . They make the furniture on the road , Do polishing on the furniture right there , submitting harmful gasses on the air. They use the showroom for thier showroom and warehousing and the entire road is used for manufacturing , polishing and packaging thier respective furniture good .
Block No 2-3-4 - Near Dreams / Nirmals . The Workshop named Saiba furniture - On that Lane . The water gets Stored as no proper road has been built since couple of years . The Email id is ours .

POOJA — Revaluation of exam

Dear Mumbai University,

I am part time MBA Student of IES college of Mumbai university,i had given my exam on November 2010 and we got our result at april 2011(after 6mths).I am brilliant student of my batch and usually score above 60%.but in my 2nd sem which is the board exam. i failed in one paper..i am in shock i want to apply for revaluation as i am dead sure that there is some mistakes in correction or calculation...but the procedure of revalutaion is so lengthy and my college says that it may take more then 5 months to revaluate the paper and the mean they don't commit anything.i had paid 1st 120 for photocopy of my answer sheet then 350 for revaluation.. and still haven't heard anything It means i have to reseat which will give entire bad and wrong picture of my career.
I am suffering without my mistake...can any one please help me and suggest what else i can do to revaluate and make this process simpler...please

AND ALSO PERSON CALLED FROM NO [protected] SAYING I HAVE COME TO DELIVER YOUR DD OF WIINING PRICE TO MUMBAI BUT DUE TO CUSOTME CLEARENCE HE IS NOT ABLE TO CLEAR THE DD, SO HE ASKED TO PAY RS. 21500/- TO CUSTOM AND GET YOUR CHEQUE. FINALLY HE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT I HAVE KEPT YUOUR DD WITH CUSTOM AND YOU CAN CLAIM THE SAME WITHIN 7 DAYS BY PAYING THE CUSTOM CLEARENCE AMOUNT.

Kindly let me know if it is valid or bogus claim.

POOJA — Police Verification not received

Dear Sir,

I had applied for issuing a fresh passport at Thane Passport office on June 22, 2011. Its now been over 35 days and yet police verification is not yet done. I visited the nearby Nerul Police station to which they say they haven't received the request yet.
