non refund of money Rs. 5000/-

when i asked about friendship culb, they told u have to get registered by paying Rs. 3000 /- only no other extra pay. i did the say by depositing Rs. 3000 after 15 mins they told me to deposit rs. 2000 / vehicle charges even i deposited the same. after did the same by depositing rs. 2000/-. after this they demand rs. 5000 /- as to deposit again Rs. 5000/- again. so i told them that i can't pay any more. then assured me they will repay my amout Rs. 5000/-. this was happened one month back till today they didn't paid.

I don't know thier address i have only the person name and his account no. and cell no of his office.

My name is praveen desai, pune. I deposited Rs. 3000 on 08.09.2008 in ICICI Bank - Pimpri Branch & Rs. 2000 on same br on 09.08.2008.

Please help. take necessary actions of fraud Registd club.

Hi man, i think u should complaint against him, and take his personal details from ICICI Bank go with police.Then u may get the money or else atleast concern person will get puinsh.

Bloody all the freindship club are earning money in the fraud ways...better tell them that they are worse then beggars in INDIA...

Same happened with me. I called "CATCH MANY FRIENDSHIP CLUB" and asked about them. JIYA was the name of the girl who picked the call and told me that if i want to b a member i would have to pay 4000/- RS. in their ICICI Bank account. They would provide me a 6 months membership and they will arrange meetings with hi-profile female members of the same club who are residing in my city. I agreed deposited rs. 4000 in icici a/c no. 008701043681. After that i got no response from them. I called the same number again and this time JAGDISH picked up the phone saying that JIYA gave me wrong info and the membership fees is 6000/- and they won't refund my money. Next day i deposited 2000/- more and they fooled me again.

anyways.. even i got frustrated with all these.. now i am gonna complaint to police.. bcoz these are all illegal activities i came to know...
even people are running prostitute centers as escort agencies.. we gotta do something

hi i am sajan i am also facing this problem, i deposit in juliclub rs 4000 thousands after 5 days she not receive my call and no responce her name is pooja, she is very difficlut i coplaint police.but not responce

I called "CATCH MANY FRIENDSHIP CLUB" and asked about them after seeing there advertisement in Hindustan Times Newspaper on 24th June 2009 in the Classified's Column. JIYA was the name of the girl who picked up the call and told me that if I want to b a member I would have to pay 6000/- Rs. in their ICICI Bank account. They would provide me a 6 months membership and they will arrange meetings with hi-profile female members of the same club who are residing in my city. I agreed and deposited Rs. 6000 in the A/c no. 008701043681 provided by Jiya at ICICI Rajiv Chowk through there automatic money deposit machine and got the Receipt # 7735. After that I called the same no. again to get the confirmation. This time they told me that they had recieved the cash and will issue me a membership ID and they will get back to me after 5 min. Then there was no response from their side for some time. I called the same number again and this time JAGDISH picked up the phone saying that JIYA gave me wrong info and the membership fees is 8000/- and they won't refund my money and I have to deposit 2000/- more. To secure my 6000/- Rs. I deposited 2000/- more at the same ICICI Bank Branch through the same automatic money deposit machine and got the Reciept # 7762. After that I called again to get the confirmation and this time also they told me that they had recieved the cash and will provide me a password to meet their Client that day only. After 10-5 minutes I called the same number and the number was switched off. I tried to contact their other two numbers which are 9718608160 in which I had a word with Pooja and the other number is 9718608262 in which I had a word with Jiya, earlier before depositing the money. All the number says that, "The number has been switched off". Now I am going to complaint in written to Cirme Branch with all the details like the copy of their Advertisement with the phone numbers in Hindustan Times, their ICICI Bank A/c No. with the deposit reciept that I have with me.

Someone should have to take a stern steps towards it, so I am goint to make a complaint.

stupid asses...they told you to deposit the money n u did it...serves u ppl right...
bsides wht happned is completely legal...u deposited it on your wish so jst frget abt gtin your money back.
