[Resolved]  KODAK DIGITAL CAMERA — Poor Dealer Service - ARCEE, Vashi

Dear Sir,

I have recently purchased KODAK Digital Camera (Model No M1063) from ARCEE Electronics, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 705, vide Bill No:77821 dated 28/11/2008.

There was some technical error (as told by Mr.Ramesh, who looks after Digital Camera Dept), and i have given Camera for necessary Service on 12th April 2009 vide Receipt No-1819.

Since then i am chasing them for getting back my Camera, but the ARCEE Manager, Sales Person told me that they have given Camera to Delhi Service Center and KODAK Company's Technicians are neither effective nor they are attending the Complaint.

Now this is more than 1 Month and till date i dont know the status of my Camera.

I think they may have lost or damaged or some thing else, which they are not telling

I request you to look in to this matter on TOP PRIORITY

Please further note that if the compliant is not resolved within One Week time, i have no other option, but to move to the Consumer Court for this.
