[Resolved] Sony — POOR/WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SONY | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I am following up with the SONY company Sony India Registered OfficeNORTH New Delhi A - 31, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road New Delhi - 110044 Ph No : 66006600 Fax No : 26959141 from last one month for repair of Sony CD Player. From last two weeks some engineer calls from Sony company on very monday and say that he will visit at our premises on weekend and recify the problem, but nobody has turned up and nothing has BEEN DONE TILL SO FAR.Before this we were following up with there service centre with the name as HITEL VISION PVT.LTD. 27/4 NANGIA PARK SHAKTI NAGAR NEW DELHI 110007 Phone :[protected],[protected] There reponse is also negative and were least bothered about customer complaint MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU IS PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGANIST SONY AND ITS SERVICE CENTRE AND GIVE ME THE ALTERNATE SOLUTION TO RECIFY MY PROBLEM. last year i bought SONY DIGITAL CAMERA MODEL NO. DSC H7 . last week i lost my camera remote. i want a new remote . can u help me about this problems. and plz mail me where i can bought this remote.

Hi,
This is my third email with regard to the same issue stated below and i still haven't got a clear solution to what has happened with the camera. I hope somebody is reading these emails, on the other way round too i am not getting connected to any of these telephone numbers from this morning Ph: 64569934/35/41155171. The phones are ringing but nobody to answer the same.
Its been an awe full day fro me till now from morning 8.30 am . I feel all my calls and emails are falling unattended to a giant company like yours. This definitely needs to be looked into.

This is my second email after a call to your customer service. I spoke to Priyank who again advised me that it would take 3 hours for me to know the information on my product.
I guess no customer should face this trauma again and such a poor response from an international giant is deeply regretted.

Hi,
I am really unhappy about your damaged service department here in Bangalore. I received a message on my phone at 8.31 am today and have been following it up to reach your service department just to know why the estimate has now shot up to Rs. 5397.50 whereby i was told it would cost me Rs. 500 for a lens displacement correction. I tried contacting the service centre to speak to a person by name Yogesh who is only wanting me to believe what he says without any patience to listen to what i had to say which infact got me furious. He then gives me another number for Anand who would explain the technical details where i was not able to get through. Then i got in touch with the customer care of sony at [protected]. Here i get routed to 3 different departments to finally get in touch with Prakash who again tells me somebody would give me a call back to explain the cost involved.
I really do not understand why the delay when my Log information details are in the system. Why should i reach or speak to 10 different people to know the detailed cost involved for the repair of the Camera. This is the first time i am interacting with Sony and never expected your service to be so damn pathetic. I am deeply annoyed for the time spent and i hope if not a call, at least an email with clear description of the repair would be sent to me.Its 12 pm and i am still waiting to receive a call from any of your departments.

demo registration no: 5478140. Still now not installed. It should be with in 24hrs. Please installed it today itself. Contacted to tollfree but could not get satisfied. They have given phone no: 2584755/32927446 but not get any responces. It's sony so it's should not work like other company. Who will be resposible for that?
