I am using aircel postpaid conn no [protected].I am major Binish and my add is NHL 135/4 MCEME trimulgherry secunderabad - 15. i m using the 199 army plan and want to change plan from 09 nov ie my new billing cycle to mass simple value plan 499.request carry out the necessary change immdtly. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

Postpaid Connection — Site for payment does not open
Everytime I try to access your site to make online payments against two post paid connections I get msg"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
Please let me know what is the problem.

MY ORIGINAL PLAN WAS LIFE TIME 995 AND PAID AMOUNT WAS RS. 1300=00. AS RS. 300=00 SHOULD BE REDUCED FROM MY BILL BUT STILL THAT WAS NOT DONE FROM MY BILL.
ALSO MY PLAN WAS CHANGED FROM 995 TO 299 WITHOUT INFORMING ME SAME WAS INFORM TO ALL LEVEL OF SERVICE PROVIDER, CARRECTION OF THE PLAN DONE AFTER TWO MONTH AND SAME WAS CHARGED TO ME THAT IS RS. 995=00 IN BILL.
KINDLY LOOK IN TO MATTER AND ADJUST BILL OF MY PHONE WHILE UNDER PLAN 299 AND ALSO AGAIN CHARGE OF RS. 995=00.
OTHERWISE KINDLY ADVICE FOR HOW TO DISCANNECT THE SAME CANNECTION. TANKING YOU
