powai auto works — Negligent attitude and careless Service centre

Worst experience ever had with this Maruti Authorised Service Centre. they seem to dupe customers with careful planning. First they will quickly respond to your calls ensuring customer get trapped almost completely. My car was towed on time at 09:30 AM (as mutually agreed upon). i was charged Rs 500/- which according to them are minimum charges. My WagonR was towed to their Service centre at Powai Mumbai. there starts the actual misery. I sensed the towing vehicle driver was sharing his share (of Rs 500) with Powai Auto works employees which made me little skeptical. the problem with my Car was its being not started due to some reason. I was first told that it was mice attack on car wiring and required a complete check up from Fuel pump to the associated electrical circuitry and was promised delivery by 16:00. At around 16:00 I received a call from them with a worst excuse that the car is not ready due to work overload with them and they are still looking into the root cause of its not starting. By 16:00 they were not able to identify the actual cause and failed to troubleshoot it. Upon further enquiry they became rude and talked cheaply which forced me not to keep my car anymore with them. Post this argument, they kept my car in open with no more attention and not considering that I was left all alone with my car in non working condition. Observing the situation I decided to tow it by myself to the nearby local Garage amid heavy traffic with no support from them. for me the electrician in local Garage was more intelligent and was so quick that It made my car at least working within 60 minutes. Touch wood they saved my precious time and money as local electrician charged only Rs 500 for his labour and spare parts which was just the towing charges for Powai Auto Works. Next time I would prefer to go to that local electrician instead of approaching to Powai Auto Works knowing their poor inability and High Charges just for the sake of their being AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE. Poor centre and Poor Service.
