Worst experience ever had with this Maruti Authorised Service Centre. they seem to dupe customers with careful planning. First they will quickly respond to your calls ensuring customer get trapped almost completely. My car was towed on time at 09:30 AM (as mutually agreed upon). i was charged Rs 500/- which according to them are minimum charges. My WagonR was towed to their Service centre at Powai Mumbai. there starts the actual misery. I...
