[Resolved]  Prasanth — LANDLINE IS NOT WORKING

Dear Sir/Madam

After giving continues complaints still my Landline problem is not rectified. I spoken with customer service they given me a contact no who is the manager for one of the airtel showroom in coimbatore. HIS NAME IS RAMKUMAR HIS NO IS [protected]. First of all as a manager he dont know how to response customer call. I called him on 13/12/2009 mor 12pm through my mobile, he consult with his staff and he told me he will rectify in 4hours,that too i called from altel showroom near sungam branch coimbatore. But till now they didnt rectify telephone problem. Today i called RAMKUMAR he his giving me such a lazy answer saying that i send a mail to technical department and my side work is finished and u want cantact customer care. This the way airtl staff that too responsible person (manager) reply the customer like this.

Concern person pl take care of this problem and rectifie as soon as possible.
