[Resolved]  Princeton Review — False commitments and denied fee refund even after not attending a single class

Dear Sir,

I submitted fees for GRE course to Princeton review, Indiranagar Bangalore. Before submitting the fee I asked center head and counselor about having some girl in the batch and they both assured me about that, when I went there to attend my first class I found the room was too small and there were no girl, I found myself not in comfort and asked them to reschedule my timing with a batch having a girl, they agreed on doing so.
I have'nt attended a single class after submitting the fee and unfortunately met a minor accident and could not climb the stair, as PR in Indiranagr at 3rd floor and the building did'nt have any lift, I was not able to attend classes and informed center head about the same and asked for the fee refund from them after deducting some nominal registration charges.

The head assured me of getting refund or enrolling someone else in my place to compensate me, my husband followed up with them for 3-4 month for same but there is no return. Suddenly the manager left the center and a new person came in charge. New manager straight away denied of giving me any refund.

It is almost 6 month I am waiting for the refund, I have'nt attended a single class and there building was not accessible to me because of not having lift. Now I am not in Bangalore anymore as I am living with my in-laws in UP.

Please help me getting my fee refunded.
