[Resolved] Priya Gas Agency — non delivery | |||
i booked the gas on 08.04.10. but there is no proper reply from the gas agency. we are not getting the phone also they inform that we already but the bill on monday (19.04.10) but till date( 23.04.10) we are not gas . it is very mental torcher to us we already make a complain the hp gas you not produce the complain nos. for every time we are facing the same problem we i am booking for refil they simply told we are not getting the stock in regular. with out supplying the regular stock why are having the an agency in north chennai. for this irregular and non supply of gas we think we have go to customer court in future. and also hp gas having customer complian no. when we dial that number it is only ringing no body is picking up. for that why you having this type of complain number we do no. My Connection No:. 620288 i will purchase gas cylinder for 60 days, i having one cylinder, My gas cylinder is empty, i am booking gas immed. but will get after 3 days. & Gas given person asking more money from my wife. He is taking Rs.387/- this is very irretating my mind & i booked 2nd cylinder but not yet give the confirmation. When will get the second cylinder & how will be the deposit of IInd cylinder

Respective Sir,Sub:Delay in supply & Bad behaviour of hp gas office
My HP gas consumer no. is 611639 with Preya Gas Agency, Chennai-19, I am regularly being harassed and put to incovenience by the representatives who attend the calls of the above agency. There is delay everymonth. enterprises. These rogue agencies are black marketing the cylinders and putting into untold trouble the innocent and genuine customers. It is high time that strict action must be taken against such agencies and black list and cancel their agency licences.
I hope a quick and favourable action will be taken against the above agency and intimate me at the earliest
