[Resolved]  Provident Fund — PF Cheque Not Yet Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the below mail till date I haven't received any response from your side.

Also, I have given a FAX too as attached on 13th April 2009.

So request you again to please look into this matter on priority and help me in getting this resolves as soon as possible and this issue has been pending since April 2007 (more than a year)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for PF transfer from my current organization (Sapient Corporation) on 21st April 2008 and the response that I have got from my previous organization (Cognizant Techniology Solutions) is that PF has been transferred in the month for November 2008, but when I have confirmed from my current organization they haven't received the cheque till date.

So, can you please look into the above mentioned matter that whether the cheque has been misplaced or something wrong has happened

Previous Organization PF A/c No. TN/MS/31309/032820

Current Organization PF A/c No. HR/GGN/26147/EPF/6531

I would be too much thankful if you can help me out in getting the above mentioned problem resolved and provide me the below details of the transferred PF

1. Cheque No.
2. Cheque issued in the name of.
3. Cheque Date.
