[Resolved] Provident Fund — Non compliance of PF withdrawal application

Dear Sir: I am working for reputed organization and my PF is being deducted from my salary and along with employer's contribution, it is being regularly deposited at RPFC's office in Nehru Plance, New Delhi. My PF account number is DL/33925/144. I had applied for a loan (advance) in the month of November 2007 and after 2 months, I had been regularly contacting their office to know the status of my loan application. During July 2008, to my surprise, I was told that the application was rejected and sent back to my address which I did not receive at all. Then, I was asked to resubmit a fresh loan application. I submitted the 2nd application on 23rd July, now it is almost 3 months, I have still not received my loan amount. Nobody gives a proproer reply. Can you please let me know as to what I should do to get my loan from my hard earned money. The PF authority is very negligent and do not bother to to do anything. I am paying huge interest to others and strugling to lead my day to day life. Please help me to get my loan from the RPFC, Nehru Place, Delhi Rajendran S Chennai Was this information helpful? i (KISHORE KUMAR) have submitted our PF withdrawal application form at WAZIRPUR on dt- 12.11.08 but till now PF amount is not credited in my account . My PF A/C No- DL/8602/2009.
please look into matter and solve the matter as early as possible

i also submitted PF withdrawal application at 10 sept -2008 and got the acknowldge from PF office but amount is not deposited yet PF account number MH/37528/009413

My Name is Mohan Rao Jadow, I was working in Hinduja Global Solution, people have quit this company One year back and not received there Provident Fund Amount. Reason given is transfer of PF account from Maharastra to Karnataka is in process. There are around 12000 (Twelve Thousand Employees) PF amount is struck, and Iam one among them. Please do the needful and suggest me what can be done.

I have lodged my complaint with PF Office, Waziput Industrial Area vide letter dated 17/11/08 and 26/02/09 for non receipt of of PF amt. Till date neither i recd. my pf amt. or any reply from PF Office.

Please do the needful and suggest me what can be done.

iam working SKYPAK SERVICE SPECALISTS LTD from 22/02/02 to 31/08/2007 and also submitted my pf aplication form on 01/09/2007 at our office,

ofter 08 months i received my acknowledgement copy from pf office
but amount is not deposited yet PF account number MH/22479/7115

so pls give me the reply, also 2yrs completed
