[Resolved]  Provident Fund Dept - Del — PF claim amount not received

Hi,

I was submit my pf form (no.-D4/35588/465) at PF office Wazirpur on 19-May-08 and till date i have not received my PF claim amount.

Citi Financial — PF Claim Not Received

My PF A/C no. is D4/35588/465 and i had been submit my form on 19-May-08 at Wazirpur but till date i have not received my PF claim amount.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I worked in M/S. Creative Clothex, this company is proprietorship orgnisation in Noida. Company Proprietor refuse to signed on withdrawl Form 19 & 10C. I was also resigned there on february 2008.
Please help me for how getting provident fund amount.
