[Resolved]  Provident Fund Not Deposited — Organization not depositing Provident fund

Hello Sir

I was working with RS software India limited,Kolkata , they had opened a PF account for accumulation of the Provident fund which they had been deducting as part of my salary during my tenure .

I left the organization in Nov-2011 , and I wanted to know the status of the provident fund which is with EPF Office , park Street kolkata, with A/C number : WB/PRB/28285/2720 because I wanted to transfer/withdraw the fund accumulated.

To my surprise I got to know from the PF office ,Park Street Kolkata that RS Software has not deposited the fund which they deducted from my salary during my tenure. They are not responding to my email as well.

Please let me know the procedure to file a consumer complaint.
