On 23rd December 2010 I have registered my Grievance under No. SROJA/E/2010/00092 and in reply you have informed me that "PF amount of Rs. 175920/- of your previous Account No. PN/10379/160 has been transferred to your present Account No. PN/801/2205 dated 15/07/2010. Your Form 13 had been received in this office vide letter No. 1012661 dated 28/06/2010. The amount will be credited to your presented account number for the year 2010-11 at the time of reconciliation of annual accounts of the establishment. Therefore, we are closing your grievance form this office".
But it is matter of very regret that today I have received my annual statement for the year 2011-12 in which no such amount has been credited yet, while you assured me in your above reply that the amount of rs. 175920/- will be credited in my present account No. PN/801/2205 ON[protected].
After the receipt of the annual statement of 2010-11 I have also written you e-mail regarding the non transferred of my funds in my new account but you have not replied.
You are once again requested to look into the matter seriously and reply me immediately that WHEN and WHERE you transferred my balance of Rs. 175920/- under account No. PN/10379/160.
