[Resolved]  Public Provident Fund — Not Updating of my PPF A/C No 158

My PPF A/C No. 158 transferred from Fountain Chowk Branch Gurgaon to Nishat Ganj Branch, Lucknow in September, 2007 has not been updated till date despite my several visits to the respective branch recently on 26th December,2009. It is also a matter of great surprise that my interest on the balance transfer from Gurgaon branch has not been updated till now despite my several visits to the Branch Manager and concerned official of the bank and also not replied properly. I am posted at Delhi now and it has become my compulsion to visit to Nishat Ganj Branch, Lucknow for updation of the same. The withdrawal amount has also not been updated from the balance available with bank.
An immediate reply is expected without exploring any further course of action.
