I had submitted form no. 13 for transfer of my account no. MP/12483/19 of my ex employer M/S L & CASE equipment. Ltd. Pithampur dist Dhar to my present employer Kehems Engineering Pvt. Ltd. account no. MP/10929/150.

Pl note that Cheque no. 14262 dated 12/10/06 of Rs. 225947/- deposited by L&T Ltd.,saki vihar Powai to PF office Indore. If it is not transferred yet in exemployee account no. HR/9471/236 which is being transferred shortly hence it is requested to deposit in my present employer M/S Kehems engineering P.Ltd Indore P.F. account no MP/10929/150.
Kindly inform the status for the same by return mail.
