Sir It is a matter of prestige of hon'ble union minister of HRD sri Kapil Sibal also govt of India that a person awarded as guruvar award by varkey foundation was not eligible for the young Indian outstanding teacher(EASTERN ZONE) as per eligibility criteria (The award was for the age group below 30 years,but winner is above 30 years for detail refer website www.guruvar.com)still then the foundation gave the award and with 10 lakhs cash prize by Union HRD Minister Sri Kapil Sibal on 23.12.2009. there was 4 catagory and and every teacher was eligible to be nominated by their students.The concerned teacher has no role in it.Because you are a good criminal everything appears fraud to you.Keep it up and you will go to hell. If you have any guts come and face us in the front.
