[Resolved] Pune Rto — Improper Fine for Parking the Vehicle

Hi, Myself Manojavam Shedbalkar Today Morning I was in Vallabhnagar to visit my sister, she wanted to go to Nigadi or some work so I dropped her on the Bus Stop and while waiting for bus My Two Wheeler vehicle was resting near Bus Stop; suddenly a blue tempo appears there and Traffic Police demanded me fine of Rs.150/- also he took my vehicle document in his possession. he just did wanted to listen anything and forced me to pay Money. This is Bad. that road is not Crowded and having very less traffic. also there were some two wheelers parked next to Bus Stop unattended they did not do anything for them and go away. I am very much dissatisfied with the way they were Behaving... Below are the details of fine receipts, Receipt no. 1340 for Rs 50/- (Tempo No MH-42 B 4458) Another Receipt for Rs 100/- having no number. Please Help..!! Manoj. Was this information helpful? sir how i can know all the fine charges of pune city like no parking charges, non license driving charges, non PUC charges, Signal Violation charges etc for the two and four wheeler .

when i came to home form my office at Dange Chowk traffic police cought me and ask for documents i showed them liecence, insurance, only my PUC due just 15 days before for that they told me to paty fine 1000 rs

i was ready to pay but after that they told dont give 1000 rs just give 500 rs but we will not give u written slip?

ie

if no puc what is fine?
if no insurance what is fine? etc

Non Delivery of renew Licence

made an application to renew licence on 7/8/13, receipt no 11765799. More than 1.5 month passed but haven't received. How can I drive without licence as older one I have surrender and it was expired. Poor Service.
