Respected Sir/Madam
I have applied for personal loan through my HDFC Bank salary Account and the the officials are stating that as your name is in the civil list so the personal loan is denied for you. Am working with ACC Cement and the company is having corporate salar account wit this bank but it is of no help. Further i have paid the outstanding amount in full to the bank two months back abu i donot knw why the name is continuting with the civil section.
Please guide.

    HDFC Credit card department SUCKS..........

    i had an outstanding amount of 89000/- in March 2008. i was not able to pay the whole amount in lumsum so i use to pay minimum amount due every month. From march 2008 till today i am still paying the minimum amount due and my due amount pending is still 60000/-. According to me from march 2008 till date i have paid HDFC credit card more than 1,20,000/- which means they are already in profit.

    But when i called the debt management for a settlement they told that settlement will not be possible on my card as bank will be in loss.....LOL.... they are already in profit. and that i will have to continue paying the due amounts.

    This is really irritating as why will i pay more than my due amount on the card ?

    HDFC Bank is a bigger ROBBER......................

      I WISH TO STATE THAT RS.999 HAD BEEN DEBITED FROM MY A/C TOWARDS SERVICE CHARGES OF STOCK RECOMMENDATION FROM HDFC SECURITY, NOW I DO NOT WISH TO AVAIL THE FACILITY AND WANT THE AMOUNT TO REFUND IN MY A/C. WHEN I HAD GIVEN A REQUEST REGARDING THE SAME REPRESENTATIVE OF HDFC SECURITIES DENIED TO REFUND MY AMOUNT.
      THIS WAY HDFC IS EARNING A VERY BAD NAME BY DOING SUCH IRRATIONAL ACT.

        My account is still not activaited. Today being the 10th working day on 03 september 2010.

          I have account in HDFC Bank my Salary account no. is[protected]...
          I got my welcome kit 12th July 2010..But my account is still not in process..
          I had complain my problem to HDFC bank Govind Nagar Branch & Civil Line Branch..
          many time but no result came out.
          Then I call to customer care..they gave me 7 days time..to solved my a/c problem (complain no.[protected] but my account still not activate..My salary has credit in my account 4th august 2010, Because of account activation problem i cant debit my amount...
          So therefore I have no option to inform U about my account activation problem..I kindly request u to take action immediately.

          HDFC Bank — Account opening kit not received

          Dear All

          I have applied for a new NRE account in HDFC Bank. I have called several times at HDFC Dubai office regarding this, but didn’t get justifiable answer. My account no is [protected]. I asked bank to deliver "Account opening kit" at my Dubai address, but they sent it to surat. And now they are expecting me to fill a form for re-issuing the kit. For that they might charge me.

          It has been more than 1.5 months when i gave all required documents and demand draft to the bank for opening an account. Please help me in this regard.

          HDFC Bank — why opened my account in your bank

          i want to say that some one executive of hdfc bank opened my account ([protected]) on 29.3.2006 in your bank. He opened this account saying me for swipe machine.But neither swipe machine attached to this account nor he came again to me. I dont want to have this account anymore. Because this account is useless for me. So i request u to terminate this account as soon as possible.

            My Name is Sanjay Gharkar i am working as a peon in small company, i have the HDFC Credit Card which limit is rs.15000/-. as per the requirement of money i have swap the card for the purchase in 2008.

            from that date till i have pay to the HDFC a sum of rs.25000/- approximately in small installment.
            As i now i have to make the settlement from past 3 months. but i have not getting the settlement from the HDFC Credit card department. the person who is calling me for the payment from three months is taking with me the installment of rs. 1000/-, 1200, and 2000/- and saying that i will do the settlement but still no settlement has been done and now he is saying that you have to pay the sum of rs.19000/-.

            in this condition i can't able to do the settlement as i don't have such amount. i can able to pay a rs.6000/- only as my salary for per month is rs.7300/-.

            what to do who can help.


            please advise.

              With reference to my PF NO. 57045 , i was working with HDFC STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE co. I had left the company in 17 June 2010 and submitted my resignation on their website portal "employee self services" and also submitted my resignation with their HR DEPTT. on Dated: 26/7/2010 personally in written and filled up all the exit forms respectively , but after the span of almost 2.5 month or so , i have not received my pf withdrawl and full and final settlement from their side. even though i have not received any satisfactory answer or reply from their hr deptt. side whenever i called or tried to attempt on telephone.

              I am very much in need of these funds , kindly help me to get all the dues at the earliest.

              HDFC STANDARD LIFE — PF withdrawal

              MY PF no was MAH/8163. I have submitted an application for the withdrawal in the month of January 2008. I have not received any response for the same.

              HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. — NOT PROCEDING PF WITHDRAWL FORM

              RESPECTED SIR,

              I Wish to get your notice that i had worked with Hdfcslic as SDM in its Moradabad Branch(u.p) from 2 Aug2007 to 1 Aug2008. After that i have submite all the formalties towards me to with drawl my Pf money.
              But still they are not giving me any response,I can not directly inquired at pf department as i have not complete PF a/c no. as company provide us only emp.code as pf a/c no. subsititude and that is PF/19056.
              So pls this is my request to u pls do needful towards your side so that i can got my pf amount.

              You have not told how many months or years you have worked there.

              The PF number is not the employee number. It will be unique like DL/XXxx/1234. That is DL means Delhi and then branch and then your account number.

              You need to find that your account number first and then an application to PF office through your employer.

                I have applied for an HDFC credit card at least 3 times but the bank always fills up the form and thereafter there is no response from them, either for the field inquiry or in any other form. They are denying me this card though I am a preferred customer of this bank. My guess is because I belong to the Armed Forces... though the Bank is just non committal. Please advise what legal action I can take against the Bank

                  I had lost my HDFC Bank Debit Card (No. [protected]) some time after 14.05.2006 (the last time I withdrew Rs 3000 from Lajpat Nagar ATM).
                  I didn't realise I have lost the card until I wanted to withdraw money on 25.05.2006 and found the card missing. I got the card blocked immediately but by then 3 unauthorised withdrawals of Rs 15,000 each were already made on 20th, 21st and 22nd May 2006).

                  I contacted the branch and after much deliberations and requests (the whole time the guy at the other end kept telling me that it was because of my fault since I lost the card), I was given a form to be filled and enclosed with FIR & letters giving details of the event and transactions disputed. I supplied the above mentioned documents the very next day.

                  I was promised that the disputed amount will be credited to my account but will be "holds funds" and an investigation will be undertaken.

                  But the amount was NEVER credited back to my account. Plus, I was NEVER intimated about the proceedings or result of the 'investigation'.

                  My point is even if I lost my card, how come the person who found it got the PIN? Now, I am not so stupid to share the PIN with anyone. Plus, when I asked the bank to see the CCTV footage and get the person caught, they said there is no CCTV at our ATMs.

                  After 2 months of the incident, I had contacted the customer care guy at the bank and he had told me that I will soon hear from the bank. But I never got any response.

                  After some more time, I got frustrated and even stopped following up. But again after around 2 years, I sent a mail to the customer care cell (that i got to know from some forum) but no one replied.

                  Is this the kind of service one expects from a bank? They even didn't have the courtesy to tell me what happened in their investigations.

                  Plus, I also applied for the reissuance of another debit card but it hasn't been sent to yet.

                  I request the bank to look into this matter and reverse the amount in my account or ATLEAST inform me about the result of their 'investigation'.

                  Plus, once I withdrew Rs. 2000/- from Friend's Colony, New Delhi ATM (somewhere around December 2005). The machine disbursed 3 Rs. 500 notes and 5 Rs. 1000/- notes. And all the 3 Rs. 500 notes were torn/worn. And there was no attendant at the ATM that I can show him the notes. The next day, I went to the branch and showed them the notes and asked them to exchange them for tidy ones. The guy at the bank started telling me that I am lying and such notes can't come out of HDFC bank's ATMs.

                  I repeatedly told him that believe me, these notes indeed came out of HDFC bank's ATM but he didn't accept. Finally, I gave him a dresssing down and came back. I still have one of those Rs 500 notes in my pocket.

                  I fail to understand how HDFC treats its customers like this. I have accounts in 3 banks and my experience with HDFC was way worse.

                      I am bearing Credit card holder and my card no:[protected] as I asked for settlement since three month but they have taken any step for the above every month they request me to give the minimum balance we will take care of your matter next month but today at 11.30 on 31st Aug(Today)your tele caller name Ms.Avispa (HDFC Credit card section Bhubaneswar Nayapalli branch near Kalyan mandap) made a call regarding payment of dues. My colleague held the phone and informed that She is in Production section due to brake down but the lady told him that you a liar she is sitting besides you and usages vulgar languages in local language (Oriya), when I came from the plant he told me the detail I called her and she again told me in Oriya that I do not deserve a credit card since I do not have the "oukat" to pay the minimum amount and started mis- behaving. I then disconnected. I would request you to kindly enquire into the matter and take appropriate action, till time she is calling and disturbing all my colleagues please take the matter seriously.

                        I received tele calls on my mobile from HDFC Bank tele call executives tel nos 30870406,30870407,30870492 on 30th August advising me to convert my outstandings on my HDFC credit card to EMIs. They told me this could be processed on phone and I would be receiving a verification call from Chennai to this effect after which needful would be done. The caller also repeatedly told me not to query the verification person as in that case the proposal will get rejected.

                        To my utter surprise I get a call from Mumbai after an hour or so telling me that as I have agreed to a HF insurance policy as intimated by the bank already she is giving me the details of the policy with terms and condition. After listening for a minute I said I havent agreed to any such policy but the discussion was concerning conversion of outstanding to EMI. She was clearly surprised when I told her what was discussed and said sorry before disconnection. Next I again get a call from the aforesiad telemarketing numbers asking me what was the problem. I told them that mixing up another product with a proposal of conversion to EMI was totally wrong and amounts to misguiding and cheating. To this they again went on pleading and asking me to consider when I discontinued the conversation. Again in the evening I get another number (the last one) asking me why I am not converting to EMI. I got disgusted and complained to the HDFC credit card call centre 28564332 where the executive listened to my complaint and assured me that she will ensure no calls are made to me further on the subject matter.

                        Surprisingly again on 31st August I get a call from a tel no 6709 5300 repeating the same thing and also pleading and wasting my time. This time I have informed the Section in charge credit card call centre about it and made her understand the seriousness of the matter. She has assured me that she will personally look into the matter and immediately see that no calls concerning this are made.

                        My complaint are as follows :

                        1. Why a reputed institution like HDFC take recourse to misguiding the clients to sell its products.

                        2. Why the clients objections are not taken seriously and seen to it that no repititions are made for the matter objected to by the client.

                        3. Why the rampant disturbance created by tele marketing is allowed to continue even after complains are made and assured to be redressed.

                        4. And Perhaps Most Importantly why the credit card details are given to marketing executives all over the organisation and to franchisees when these are supposed to be of confidential nature.

                          paper rolls

                          we have a credit card swipe machine ( EDC M/c) at our petrol pump (R.O) with TID No. 42000696. We are doing business of 25 - 30 lakhs with the machine. we almost require 2 paper rolls per day for the transactions to print. We have also complained many times to complaint division and also to Mr. Vijay ( [protected] ) however there is no response from them. Kindly guide what should we do as this is a petrol pump, hence the usage of the rolls...

                          I have applied for PF Withdrawl in Sept,2009 with HDFC Bank Ltd & not got any revert from PAD deptt of HDFC Bank Ltd till 29.08.2010, but, when I called up as usual for enquiring regarding PF withdrawl status, I got reply as "HDFC Bank Ltd has taken over the PF of CBop employees since April, 2009 & so, one month's PF has been credited to the a/c as I had left the organisation in May,2009, the other portion since April,2007 to March,2009 will be taken care off by EPF deptt & the deptt replied that they had recd the request for PF withdrawl 01.06.2010, so, it will take 4 months", Is this the way of treating your employees

                          Can anybody help out in getting my amount of PF?????

                          Centurion Bank of Punjab — Misguided by the Bank

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          with due respect i beg to inform you that, I have take a loan from
                          Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd., Chowringhee Branch Bank for purchasing 2 Wheelers.

                          On 24th December 2006 I have received one phone call
                          from Centurion Bank Of Punjab.A Bank Staff Mr. Wasim Khan(Mobile :
                          [protected]) he informed me that a Life time
                          membership Card and some token money is given to me with 0% interest
                          for making good payment of EMI for the loan taken by
                          me for purchasing the 2 wheelers.

                          On receiving his call I went to the Bank and met with
                          Mr. Washim Khan on 25th December 06. and signed the
                          necessary agreement.

                          The amount of token money has been sanctioned in my
                          name is for Rs. 15211.00 with 0% Interest. The payment
                          terms of the token money is Rs. 973.00 EMI for 10
                          months and balance to be paid in one month.

                          On my enquiry to the Bank Customer Service in
                          December 12th December 07 I have been informed by the
                          Bank that the above Agreement is not correct.

                          I surprised to note that the Bank have made a false
                          agreement and also misguided. I am not only sufferer, I see so many
                          customer is misguided like me. Sk. Sikandar Mollah

                          what is this transaction and if there has been any error this money should be refunded to me.

                            I would like to bring to your kind knowledge that I have been trying to close my credit card unsuccessfully since Dec-09.

                            I have called customer care several times and requested to close my account but every time I was told that the concerned department will contact with me as customer care is not aware of it. But no one contacted me. The SR no for your reference are ………
                            The amount has been accumulated more than INR 10,000. As per call centre instructions I cut my credit card much earlier and send it to Chennai office on
                            21-July-10 through DTDC No. P12967891 but still my account is not yet closed.

                            The amount is increasing by leaps and bounds for no fault of mine. I wanted to close the matter much earlier but neither the bank nor the call center is guiding me properly and I am getting calls from collection department for payments. Credit card department is calling me for collection but no one is solving the issue.

                            I would request to close this issue at the earliest.

                              This in regards to my credit card account balance : INR 82728.00 as on date . My card number is [protected]. This has been blocked due to non repayment of the amount since June / July as had emergency in the family and was unable to take calls also during that time.

                              HDFC chandivili branch executives – Mr Imran , their senior a lady – Ms Charu have been extremely rude and also inspite of explaining and pleading to them that in the next 10 days will be closing the entire amount with interest till date of closure will be paid , they withheld the money in my savings account.

                              When I spoke to them they out of grudge said that they will liquidate my Fixed deposit and ensure I come to roads. They would tarnish my image amongst my employed company and local people around my residential area.

                              Agreed that I have not paid the amount though not intentional, could I know why were the following 2 course of actions done without any intimation – just verbally :

                              Hold on my saving account money of Rs 28844.49- on what calculation was the entire amount held when the minimum payable was only rs 11700.00?
                              Liquidated my Fixed deposit linked to my account of Rs 12,000.00 – who has give the authority for the same ?

                              Would like to know how could the bank take such drastic steps without any written notification . If the person had no intention of repaying or had absconded, this could have been considered. In my case inspite of my request to bear with me, this course of action was done.

                              Now considering the amount sweeped in from my savings and fixed deposit – I stand to PAY NOTHING TO HDFC ON MY PRINCIPLE AMOUNT . HDFC may please go ahead and take back my HDFC credit card – anyways which I have not been using

                              With the above act it only shows not to maintain any savings with HDFC henceforth and will also request people to close salary account with HDFC

                              I would also need an explanation for the same and also shall ensure that this is brought to the media notice as I feel many like me would be suffering this torture.

                              HDFC Bank - FD — Pulling money from my account

                              Hi,

                              HDFC bank has pulled money from my account without any notices or reason.

                              They are harrassing the customer.

                              I want my money back..
                              My husband also has a salary account with HDFC for the past 6 yrs. We have never used
                              an HDFC card.
                              On 1st july 08, salary got credited to his account.We went to withdraw
                              money on the 4th July went the balance as zero. We contacted the Customer
                              care on 5th July 08, they advised that this was due to a pending credit
                              card payment that the account was put on hold.
                              We told them that there was no credit card used by us & if that was
                              the case why were we not contacted. There was no answer & we are still
                              getting a run around for our own hard earned money.
                              Consequences : Salary account blocked.
                              Auto loan check bounced ( we had an excellent credit with the bank -
                              ICICI).
                              Other checks due by 7th july.
                              We dont have money for rent.
                              We dont have money for our daily needs.

                              Mental harrasment as they have linked someother person's card with our
                              account.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I( Anubhav) had applied for home loan with co-applicant (Deepa) online on Fri 7/29/2011 4:28 PM. Reference No:- ID [protected]. with approved eligibility criteria for santion of home loan of Rs. 22 lacs

                                  I received a call from HDFC that our representative will attend shortly. and i informed that there are 2 home loans in the same building as my brother (Deepak) is also Buying an Adjacent flat.
                                  Within 4 days the representative (Abhishek Mehta, Email: [protected]@hdfcsupport.co.in, Ph no:- [protected]) visited and collected most of the documents all the with filled form and cheque of Rs 11030/- was given. Within 10 days i.e. by 23rd of August 2011 all other requirements were fulfilled.

                                  After many days of enquiry they told that the Seawoods Branch has been given the file and i had to meet MS. SUPRIYA OJALE. i went to meet on the 16th of August from 6.30pm to 8.00pm the personal interview took place. After the meet i was told the procedure would take two weeks for loan to get sanctioned. Till date there is no response or File no which is given to me. Except the ref no which was given to me by mr mehta for email ref i.e. T 1422971

                                  When ever i call Mr Mehta, he doesnt pick up phone 50% of the times and then he built ups stories like:- you work in a partnership company so there is a delay (But i clarified i work in PVT LTD Company), or i was in training, i am out of office- i will get back when i get to office. but there is no call. and i call again to here a new excuse.


                                  I have already paid 20% of the amount for each flat( 517500.00) to the builder and the Stamp duty and the registration charges of (163200)each to the builder. the 22 lack sanction included 130000 towards Stamp duty and registration.

                                  So now i am in a panic situation, where i dont know what the status is of my and my brother home loan. and when will i get the loan as builder is now pushing us for the money. so having paid Around Rs.13, 60, 000/- in total i dount know about the home loan as today is 9th of September 2011.

                                    A few years ago,i opened two SB accounts named Simranjit kaur u/g kiran bala (mother) [protected] and 2nd Rohit chumber (minor) u/g kiran bala (mother) [protected].Unfortunately without my concent your bank send me ATM cards and some other papers.Next day i approached the bank manager and returned the same to him and he assured your accounts will be run steadly and no serviace chargers or other chargers would be detected from your accounts because these accounts are minor accounts and these accounts are opened for the wellfare of the children.Till date i continuely visited the bank and give them a number of written complints and verbly requests.The bank did not consider my request,they always took my request lightly.So,the bank detected thousands of rupees from my minors accounts.This amount is saved by me for the wellfare and education for my minor children.

                                    The behaviour of staff and manager is not good for the customers.They always ignore to the customers.They always give respect to some one only,whereas every customer is respectable.Every custmor is own his respect.At the last i request you to take it seriously,take necessary action against the mahilpur staff.Please refund my all ammount with intrest which is detected by you from continuely from last few years,so that i withdraw some ammount from these accounts for the wellfare of my children.

                                    Hoping in early action against staff and refund of all service chargers.

                                      good morning.on if iam exactly right about the date on 27-6-10 at around 4oo hrs hour in the evenig i went to ur collection centre at 3B2 .entry can be verified by ur register at centre.anyways i was to get information on my credit card remaining balance..i met there some female who introduced herself to be senior official of collection department made me sit in separate cabin and offered me cup of tea.she said to me that despite ur paying minimum amount due regularly u are required 2 deposit 25,ooo only immediately otherwise big penality is on cards.as i had no idea about ur banking systems,i got scared and immediately told her that i am going to get my salary on 1.7.10 and presently i have only 8,000 with me,rest i shall pay u within a week.she took the money and said as soon as u get ur salary and inform me,i shall get it collected.when i requested her for receipt she said it is our closing week and dont worry for that u can have my mobile number ,receipt shall be given to u along with remainig amount.after it contacted her many a times what she used to shout at me by saying i have got a lot of work u call me later.Igot suspicious and never went again to her despite she called me many a times.to my uttermost dissarray that payment has never been deposited in my credit card statement.REST I SHALL WRITE TO U AFTER U GUYS VERIFY this.AS IAM A PATIENT OF HYPERTENSION PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER ME MORE ON PHONE ONLY U CAN COMMUNICATE THROUGH MY MAIL [protected]@rediffmail.com
