[Resolved]  Punjab & Sind Bank — Wrong debit by ATM

I tried to withdraw Rs.10,000 from Punjab & Sind Bank's ATM at Siddharth Enclave, Ashram Chowk, New Delhi on 23.03.2013. The ATM gave failed transaction slip but very smartly debited my account. I informed to my banker Union Bank on India and also contacted the concerned branch of Punjab & Sind Bank next day but to no action. I want to ask why the general public is being harased by the banks and ATM maintenance coys and why such poor service is given to the people. I request to RBI to look into the matter and direct the banks to improve their maintenace and provide good ATM service. Punjab & Sind Bank's ATM at Siddharth Enclave, Ashram Chowk, New Delhi told me that my money will be refunded within seven day in my account o[censored]nion Bank but the rule is not followed and 14 days have gone. Can I ask the P & S Bank why they are not returning my money to my banker within stipulated time limit as allowed by the government. I also advise to general public to use good ATM machines of reliable banks either govt or pvt. Yours faithfully,

खाली एटीएम पर पहले कोई और यूज़ करे उसके बाद आप करें ताकि सुनिश्चित हो कि यह ठीक है। कंप्लेंट में यदि अपना फ़ोन दे देते है तो फ्रॉड कॉल्स आने का खतरा है। पासवर्ड या कोई जानकारी किसी कॉलर को नहीं दें। बैलेंस कम हो तो पूरा एक बार में नही दो बार में निकाल सकते हैं। सुझाव कैसा है, बताने के लिए कॉल कर सकते हैं 09716105678

Punjab & Sind Bank — Misbehavior and not giving ATM

I (SANJAY KUMAR ) am holding an ACCOUNT NO. 16931 IN PUNJAB & SINDH BANK , PITAMPURA , want to complain against a man named Vinay Sharma (told by bank employees) , he not only misbehaved with me but also refused to give me my ATM card.

I asked person to give me my ATM card he told me that at that time accountant not present so me should come any other day , i requested him that i have come there after wasting fuel of my bike , so he laughed and said OK, i went with him in basement where he keeps the card , he searched my card and said that why i had changed my display name . my name is sanjay Kumar but there was a option on form display name so i wrote there sanjay chaudhary even i asked the guard who was there to assist to help in fill up forms.

i told him that why you have kept that guard to assist if he doesn't know anything , he did not listen anything even he started to shout on me very loud voice and people sitting upstairs had come in basement , but i was silent as i can understand the value of that place and i told same story to two ladies who were sitting there even they said sorry for the same .

so pl take appropriate action against this man and pl help me to get my ATM card and if there is any policy that we cant change our display name they should inform us , so that we cant make mistake and why if it was so then why they made my ATM.
If someone call you in the name of bank. Beaware and donot tell card number or pin or password to such person. I received such a fake call from Bangalore [protected] asking card number and password. Be alert while giving complaint on internet with your mobile number. Later next day i tried that number was out of range.
