[Resolved]  Punjab & Sind Bank — Reissue the Cheque for the IPO of PSB

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that I Rajan Sood R/o H.No. 3119/1, Sector 47-D, Chandigarh, I had applied 600 shares from your Bank, with the application no 1460546 and the payment has been made by me vide cheque No. 103949 of Sum of Rs. 72,000/- on dated 15th of December, 2010 of Canara Bank (Sector 47-C, Chandigarh). I also declared that the bank hasn't issued me any shares under my name. The refund payment cheque of above said amount was made by the bank, but by mistake the cheque has been Named Rajan Sood with Account No. 147 While this Account belongs to Fancy Traders which has been closed two years before by me (as Propriter). So Please reissue me another Cheque in the Name of Rajan Sood, Saving Account No. [protected] of The Punjab State Co-op Bank Ltd. Sector 47-D, Chandigarh. I also want to informe you that I have earlier requested you that I have misplaced my cheque but now I have found that cheque send by you, but for the above said reason please cancel the Cheque No. "006312" of HDFC Bank and reissue me the new cheque with the same amount in favour of Rajan Sood, Saving Account No. [protected] of The Punjab State Co-op Bank Ltd. Sector 47-D, Chandigarh as soon as possible.
