Telco Finance — Withdrawing my financed vehicle without prior information

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Tata vehicle financed from Telco Finance from the office at Dobhi More-Gaya. I invested a lot of amount as earnest money, and I was successfully running my vehicle(Truck/Dumpher). By some family problems I was unable to deposit 2 of my EMI's. One day some of the so called members of the company came and took away my vehicle on[protected] saying that you are defaulter. I only want that I should be informed for the same. I am ready to pay 2 installment now, and since it is more than 3 months How can I pay the Instalment of this duration as I am unable to earn as my vehicle has been towed away.
Can you please guide how to retrieve the vehicle with only 2 installments now and remaining from the day I get my vehicle back.
I will be thankfull to you for doing the needfull.
