Irregular Supply of LPG I am having LPG connection ( Consumer No-42346) of Bharat Gas from M/s. Pushpam Gas Agency Bibvewadi, Pune Dist.Pune, Maharashtra . I am having 2 celinder and I am facing very difficulty to get the celinder since last 2 Months. After booking the celinder, atleast one month is taking for refilled celinder. Reportedly, the agency is black marketing the celinders and as such the customers are not getting the cylinder timely. Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to direct the agency to supply the cylinder timely to me. Doesn't deliver cylinder on time and no updated number on any website and some of the numbers are not reachable.
I agree with the issue raised by Rakesh Sharma. We too have two cylinders and also face the same problem in getting the cylinder refilled. Above that we all should really file a case of 420 for that smart card thing that they launched. They said that one who does gas booking using the smart card will get the gas delivered within 2 days. But this is not true, which ever means you book the gas it takes 1 month for the gas to get delivered. The person who delivers the gas charges Rs.405, when the gas and the receipt is of Rs.400.50. Why should we pay Rs.5 extra? This is a true exploitaion. After paying so much of income tax, is this the service one should expect?
Please let us know what can be done under consumer protection act?
