[Resolved]  Pushpanjali Group Of Construction, Agra, Noida — Undo Changes in shape of EDC

We booked & bought around 11 plots from this Agra based group in their project Orchid at Agra. Our booking form as well as the contract has clear mention of purchase price & balance amount due on possession etc. plus applicable registration charges at time of registration.
The letter from them date January 2010 also speaks same as per our contract.
But subsequently they have demanded EDC as extra payment which is not payable by us seperately or mentioned in contract anywhere. The company wants to cheat the consumers & is demanding this undue extra amount from buyer to do registration. They are putting pressure for same as we have already paid more than 95% money & registration has to be obtained in our names.
