We would like to inform you that I invested in your project name PP town phase I plot no 373 as on 26/09/2007 (it was a transfer case). You failed to give the possession till 23/06/2011 and due to unavoidable reasonsproblems, you cannot further work on existing project (as Informed by you), your approach us to shift investment into new project at the various meeting held in your Noida office with your team.

Pushpanjali Constructions took money from customers in 2007 for their meadows project and till date nothing has been started at site which is in Vrindavan ,Mathura. The project was to be handed over to customers in 2010 and till date nothing seems to be happening. Pushpanjali Constructions Noida office has no clue about the Meadows projects and keeps on dodging the customers who have invested money in their Meadows project....

We booked & bought around 11 plots from this Agra based group in their project Orchid at Agra. Our booking form as well as the contract has clear mention of purchase price & balance amount due on possession etc. plus applicable registration charges at time of registration.
The letter from them date January 2010 also speaks same as per our contract.
But subsequently they have demanded EDC as extra payment which is not...
