PVR Cinema — Money not refundend
Dear Sir/MadamI had booked my tickets with PVR bangalore on 6th of feb 2011 through ICICI internet banking, my card number [protected]. Amount of Rs 810 has got debited twice from my account but the ticket has not got booked i had booked 3 tickets.Also till now money has not been refunded even after ten days & there is no proper responce fron customer care also.
Please arrange for money refund.
