Hi,

This is kishore from Bangalore, I have booked two ticket through online on 24.12.09, for kannada movie, Malliely jotheyalli ganesh movie
I didnt get Booking ID by that time my amount was deducted.
My UBP/XFER/[protected] this is my transaction description shown in my statment.
My Bank Account is in Karnataka Bank, Bellandur branch, Bangalore.

Kindly give some solution .

i had made an online booking through my credit card for 30 dec 2009 10:00 am show. but the show was cancelled due to death of a great actor and all multiplexes were closed that day. i was being told that money will be refunded back to me but still i am waiting for that. can anyone please let me know how much time do these guys take to refund back the money. it should hardly take them 48 hrs but its more than that. i never knew that they are so slow. pls let me knw how much time is it gonna take
