PVR Cinemas — Tickets not booked but Credit Card debited | |||
On 8th Jan 2012 I tried booking 3 tickets using the PVR Cinemas IVR.The credit card used got debited but no confirmation was received for the booking. On the same day when I visited their office,I was told that there are no bookings present in the system with my credit card.So,I was advised to re book tickets by paying again with a promise that the refund for the previous transaction will be processed in 7 working days. After continuous follow up mails sent by me ,PVR reverted saying that the refund cannot be processed as the transaction done by me had gone through & the confirmatory SMS was sent to my landline number. I find this ridiculous & want the PVR management to re check the logic on which they build their processes. Was this information helpful? | |||
