Qatar Airways — Delay Charges

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to highlight you that our flight which was schedule to depart from BLR to DOHA, on Sep 9 2011, was delayed due to technical reason for more than 12- 15 Hrs, and when we ask the Airline they deny for any compensation, also they did not bother that we had children and infants with us.

As far as I know we do have a delay charges compensation by the Airline for the changes. Could you help and assist if i can benefitted with.
