I got this mail and when I saw that it was asking cash deposit in the favour of WIPRO and Sony is not into IT solutions, I tried to search in google and found this complaint site having the same letter as i got apart from some minor differences. I would like to make others also aware of this, so please dont be the prey of this fraud.

I purchase one hand set of mobil Sony ericsson K 660i on 4 Dec, 2008 from a local shop at Bharuch
"Easy Mobiles" Mr. Ibrahim Bharucha while paying cost of Rs. 9400/-.
Dec 15, 2007 i started for Delhi and Karnal and returned on Dec 28. while returning from Karnal on 27 Dec morning, the mobile started giving trouble of charging in negative direction, say 80 and 50 and then 20 per cent and suddenly at HNZ, it showed battery too low and i tried my best to get it charged but of no use.
then i gave it to local shop at bharuch, which in turn sent to anklelshwar " sony Ericsson authorsised shop for repairs and service. i was told that mobile got attacked by water, which i think could be due to dew and fog formation at Delhi and Karnal. But i kept listening music from the mobile during Dec 16 to 26.
any way i tried my best to get it done but i am hurt at two points.
1. the mobile does not consider water damage in warranty. in fact, mobile is supposed to be used in arid, humid and all such eight type of conditions of indian climate.
2. even after repair and just service at cost of Rs 350/- and two trips to anklewshwar on my own bike, the shop keeper told me that repaired mobile does not consider any warranty.

I bought a Sony G900 phone in august & the phone got dead in october. So i contacted the Salora international service centre, Chennai & handed over my handset to them on 6th of october( Job ref:17775). till now the phone has not been serviced & i registered a complaint with the sony call centre( Ref : SE[protected]. The call centre also doesn't answer to any of the queries & keep saying they are working on the complaint. Its been more than 3 months since the handset has left me & every time the service centre tell me that the motherboard has problem. Being a premium handset the compnay also has failed to rectify this issue or provide me with a new handset. Infact i was told 5 times by the call centre to go and collect the handset as it was ready, but when i visited the service centre they told me they have not got the motherboard & it would take more time. This shows lots of miscommunication between the Service centre & the Sony Ericsson call centre. Do any one of you know how to proceed further or is there a separate complain board for sony ericsson?

sir i have bought a k810i sony ericsson handset which is not working properly.keypad lights, joystick is not working and battery backup is also not good.sir i had gone to all the service centres which are located in panchkula and chandigarh but they are not solving my problems.my handset is in gurantee as i bought it on 19/06/2008 from essar telecom retail ltd.. s.c.o 16, sector11 panchkula...my handset imei number is [protected]..my contact number is [protected]..i shall be very thankful to you i[censored] help me...

I purchased a sony ericsson phone on 12th April 2008, model w380i. I faced a problem for the display from 5th December 2008 and i gave my phone for rectification at sony service centre at Thane ( Eternity Mall ) on 19th Dec 2008. The problem identified was the display strip. Its been almost 20 days and there is only one answer from the service centre that parts are not available from SONY and many same models are awaiting for such repairs due to non availability of parts. If this is the common problem for this particular model thn why SONY is not changing the default part for all the sold piece in market? Why unnecessarily the customer is harassed by keeping the phone at service centre for so long period? Is this professionalism of SONY? It makes no difference for SONY but I am afraid that I would go for SONY products henceforth. I would be most happy if the product is taken back and I am refunded. Kindly help me with the solution at the earliest

i had purchased new handset F305 on 19 dec 2008 . as i purchased set it has 4 problems.
1. as cal connected display goes black and screen becomes dotted.
2.head speaker has burst sound
3. as i listen music after sometime it speakers gives pppppppppppppppppp sound. and sets hangs.
4. set hangs constantly .

I have bought this mobile a month back, and while buying it's difficult to test how is the voice gain of an incoming call. But later I found out that the amplifier that amplifies the incoming voice call is of low gain. As a result I can hardly hear the caller while traveling in bus/ in noisy places. This is a great defect. Only in a noise free closed chamber, I guess this works satisfactorily.

My phone starts freezing, and not able to receive call, auto switch off doesnot on itselft & while talking on the phone, on receiving message the phone switches off itself. Besides, I gave phone for service centre twice, but of no use. Sir you have to take this seriously and please respond to my complaint immediately. For 6 months I have faced many problems with this phone though I have used this phone very tenderly. How can I use this for another 6 months? i m the customer of sony ericsson w200i, i had given mobile at jamnagar sony ericsson service centre UNIQUE COMMUNICATION for reparing keypads and for service of mobile and also for hanging matter. BUT inteasd of this they have not done keypad and also hanging matter solve. They have change my mobile's original parts( Speaker) And they put on dublicate( Fake) speaker, by tht the sound output is very slow and also sound is like something. MY PHONE IS IN WARRANTY and they r refusing to do it.!!

PLZ solve my prob Urgently, , bz my waranty get over in febuary 19, 2009.

Setup required.Contact operator...so I contacted Mxit.., my service provider(Vodacom)and Sony Ericsson..

This is with regards to the SALORA Internationl, HSR layout, Bangalore. This is one of the WORST authorized servicing centre for sony ericson. I have given my handset for servicing 2 months back, till now its not yet repaired. I have called those guys many times, every time they are saying it will be ready within one or two day. Since past two months this is going on and on but its not repaired and i have visited the shop so many time. To repair a mobile these many days will take?...I don't know why sony ericson is not taking any action against them.The guys working in that shop are very cunnig fellows and even they are thefting the parts from the mobiles and replacing to another like that. So sony ericson has to take an action against them or they should cancel the authorization to that shop. Other wise who will buy sony mobile...

My Mobile Model No. is K550i (Sony Ericsson).I found some problem in my mobile. The problem is line in the camera mode, network problem etc. So I deposit my mobile phone to my nearest service center "ARYANS IT SERVICE", poddar court, gate no. 3, 2nd floor, 18, rabindra, ph. no.[protected].My complaint ID is SEO[protected] dtd.:19/11/08. Last 47 days I talked to their customer care (Ph. No.[protected] and service center several times. I also did couple of correspondences through mail with Sony Ericsson service center. But they don't give any firm reply to me. The customer care representative told me that they send the camera of my mobile on 08.12.08. But the service center still not received my camera. I have faced lot of problem for the same. So I need your help or suggestion. Please suggest me what will I do now?
