[Resolved]  Race Car Helpline — Denial of service

I am a consumer of RACE Car Helpline Delhi from last three years. My consumer number is 1829 and my membership starts from March 2008 till March 2009. Last year in July when I was in Central Delhi area, I ran out of petrol, I called for petrol. The RACE helpline people took around one hour in reaching to me. A passerby came forward and helpd me. He gave me aruond two liter petrol from his stock. Meanwhile RACE help also arrived there. I asked the helpline person to give me petrol so that I could return him that. The helpline person started arguing. After a long argue, he started his car for going back. Meanwhile a police gypsy passed. The person who had helped me asked the police for help. Police intervened and then matter resolved as the helpline fellow gave me petrol.
After few weeks I again ran out of petrol in east Delhi. I called the RACE people, but shocked to know that they have cancelled my membership. Is it not a case of consumer right..? I don't have time to go to consumer court and to lodge a complaint in the court. Can it be done through internet?

i have been a customer of race car helpline for quite some time now. i have almost given them 10 customers. just few hours back my car broke down near my house. i lodged a complaint and later while tryin my car jus started, so i drove 2 more kms n was about to call their executive that dont send me their car as my car is atleast in a condition that i can reach home. but then suddenly my car again broke down, so i called them to request that please send your vehicle on a different location which was hardly 2kms from the previous one. that was the time when their representative started misbehaving and arguing, which certainly led to agrument from my side also. later he challenged me that he wont service my car. then again i called up to lodged a complaint and i was surprised to know that this company has given so much power to their caller executives that they can refuse to service you. i myself from banking industry and if i refuse service to any of my customer, my bank will surely chuck me off. these people are not giving me any complaint numbers also and moreover im paying to race company not to that employee. so company should make sure that they provide me service. i am soo shocked with the incident. the number i called was [protected].
the really hope that some action should be taken against the paticular employee.
i called them around 9-10 p.m. on 22.01.2010
