[Resolved] Rage Mobile — frustrating company | |
DONT buy Rage Mobiles... If you want to save your hard earned Money I am a customer of rage mobile I bought RU 5000 on 12 March 09 . And after purchasing this mobile I visited almost 20 times for the more or less same problem but every time they given me silly reasons and temporary solutions, because after some time the mobile started showing the same problem. Even after visiting its center they told me this problem will not be repeated that is the assurance they given to every customers but nothing have been done in order to improve the services, the service center employees are very smart in giving fake commitments and taking charges for repairing it thts become the business for them. My mobile is under warranty and according to them it has water leakage problem and they are saying will charge 75% of the cost of the mobile. This is ridiculous that after visiting many times to their center and even if the mobile is under warranty they in favour to take the charges but not the appropriate services. I dont have any issue in paying that amount but I know they will fix the mobile on temporarily basis and making this practice as their business I met Mr. Neeraj Singal (Manager), Taruvar Singh (Service Manger) and Naveen Kumar (engineer) but nothing have been done to provide good service and good resolution. Mr. Neeraj singhal came and said we will definitely do something and walk outside (that was the careless manner) he even didnt shown his interest in taking the feedback from the customer. Naveen didnt ready to provide the appropriate service without taking charge. Mr. Taruvar Singh being a stubborn person didnt do something. I think this company employees are deaf and dumb and they believe in making customer fool and making this kind of behaviour as their working practice. I am very fed up with this kind of support kindly do something in order to provide me better support . The details of my mobile is given below RU5000 IMEI [protected] Problems are. GSM part is not working fine, but CDMA is working good still they are saying that their is water leakage problem. mobile jack which is use to connect data cable was repaired 2 months back but still it is giving problem. Battry backup was the problem since 4 months but they everytime say its not in pur stock. but if you try to buy they make that available. 20 times I visited that place for the same problem but nothing have been done. RAGE — gift not received
I have selected as winner of rage mobile during the quiz asked the match. After few days a Phone call on my mobile no. [protected] (which Was selected as Winner) and asked my address and says that after few days the gift will be send to me. after spending 1-5 months I have not received any gift, Kindly take early action regarding this or this quiz is for only make a fool to the public. not hav service center in bangalore
this is mukesh rana i m a advocate i bought a mobile phone of this company rq101 i will not get my service i will take action against company owner whatever is company i m dispointed with it what was told me not in tht phone nw this phone is absolutely dead within four month so i you want i be continue ur customer so kindly provide me best service i ve showed this phone to all repaire center every one refused me to repaire i[censored] thing i may in ur touch for long time so pls provide me better satisfection and i need of trht so much i expect a support from a responceable person contect me through mail n sms n call on my these contect place...

RAGE — warranty mobile service not undertaken
i have purchase a RAGE mobile on 19/8/2011 after two months the mobile function was not good. it turn off automatically andover noise during incoming call. i have taken it universell show room where i have purchased in kanchipuram they did not give service for that mobile. they told me that the rage mobile company could not taking for repair. i have made complaints ion universal three times but there is no response. next i am planing to go consumer court.Umapathy
