Dear Support Team,

I am fed up with the service and unprofessional business behavior of redbus.in

I have booked a ticket from Indore To Mumbai for giving my MBA Examinations on 7th June in A/C Sleeper (2+1) Hans Travels Bus
Redbus ticket - TF[protected]; Seat No. 10; PNR- SF[protected]; TRIP[protected]

But next day evening i saw message sent by Jitendra - [protected] stating that; The Bus type is Non A/C Sleeper Bus, due to some technical problem it was showing A/C Sleeper, i told him to adjust in A/C Sleeper bus then he said We can't do anything you have to pay more.

I agreed to book a ticket in AC Sleeper Bus. He said he booked a ticket in A/C Sleeper bus and he gave me confirmation call and messaged me PNR[protected];
But when i reached there then he said he cancelled a ticket. That time i was helpless, i went to each and every Travels.
But i was not able to book a ticket and somehow i managed to travel in non a/c bus in last seat and i could not able to give my examinations properly.
