[Resolved]  Railway E Ticket — cancellation of eticket booked through irctc.co.in site

Dear Sir,
I have booked a 3A Class Railway ticket through IRCTCs e-Ticketing Service on Tatkal Quota for the journey on 21 -Dec-2010 on Train No. 12288/DDN KCVL SUP EX. from Madgaon (MAO) to Kottayam (KTM) vide Tranction ID: [protected] & PNR No: [protected]. However, due to agitation/rail block by Gujjar community at North India (Rajastan), the Train did not arrive at the Madgaon Rly. Stn. on 21-Dec-2010. As my journey was necessary on the said date, I have taken another ticket in other Train and traveled from Madgaon to Kottayam on the same day. After reaching Kottayam on 22-Dec-2010, I have cancelled the above mentioed Tatkal ticket as I have no facility to cancell the e-tiket at Madgaon Rly. Stn. However the refund is not yet credited to my credit card A/c. Please look into the matter & arrange to refund the ticket fare at the earliest.
