[Resolved] Raj Travels — Incorrect Debit from my bank account - No refund so far | |||
On September 20, 2009, I had tried booking an air ticket through Raj Travels website. Unfortunately, the booking did not go through and the transaction failed. I had used by my ICICI Bank account online banking to make this trasanction (which eventually failed). To my surprise, we find that the bank account has been debited with an amount of Rs.56,329/. I have been in touch with their Ms. Sejal from Raj Travels, Mumbai office and everytime I get her on the line, I get a standard response that she will revert. It has been 2 weeks since I made the complaint and till date, there is no response from their end. I need the refund to be made immediately to my bank account since this transaction never took place.
