Raj Travels & Tours Limited — Refund of Money

I have booked a tour through Raj Travels starting from 20th August and have paid the full tour amount in advance. Due to some internal problems of the company, tour is cancelled. I have requested the Ahmedabad branch office to send an official mail regarding the cancellation of the tour and to refund my money so that I can plan for another options. But there is no support form Ahmedabad branch and they are referring me to talk with head office located at Mumbai. From Mumbai no one is picking up the phone. Regarding money , I am getting reply that it will be returned after 45 days. Kindly intervene and help me in getting my money back.
