[Resolved]  RAJAMMAL GAS AGENCY — Very Poor Service and behavior

Distributr's Address : No 148 Prithvi Apartment, Perambur Barracks Road, Vepery, Chennai – 600007.

Sub: Very Poor Service and behavior

Previously i had booked my gas on 08.08.2010 and delivered on 19.08.2010 but they challenging me that I received on 28.08.2010 where is have a proof of entry in my Gas Book which is have shown them personally on 04.09.2010, then they assured me that they will take booking on 06.09.2010. Again I called and booked by telephone on 07.09.2010 and assured that you refilling will be booked tomorrow (08.09.2010) said by their executive (Ms. Saraswathy).

Finally today (09.09.2010) when I called them to confirm my booking they once again started the same the booking will be take on 18.09.2010 as you received on 28.08.2010 where as the truth is 19.08.2010.

As new rule of booking can be taken on demand of customer for refilling without waiting for 21 days, this agency still follow the same.

I request you to kindly take strict action against this agency, so that here after in future none consumer will suffer as like me.
