Sir, I am a consumer of Rajammal Gas Agency,
Shop No. 2, Prithivi Apartments, 148, Perambur Barracks road, Vepery, Chennai- 600 007.
I own only a single cylinder and I have booked a cylinder on 06-10-10 with the customer No. 27271 and I was told that I will receive a cylinder with in ten days. After the completion of ten days I came to know that my register for the cylinder was missing on that date and till date[protected] for the past ten days I was told by the staff that I will receive on the same day but never received.
